Terms & Conditions

  1. A deposit of £100 per booking is required and is non-refundable. The balance of payment for hire is payable 14 days prior to the wedding.
  2. A cancellation is only acceptable in writing. The full outstanding balance is payable if a cancellation is received less than 14 days before the wedding.
  3. A confirmation letter will be sent out with a request for the balance of payment 21 days before the wedding. This will confirm details of the itinerary as given at the time of booking or any written changes. We will not be liable for any changes to this itinerary unless we have been informed in writing.
  4. A charge of £30 per half hour over the pre-agreed time is payable in cash to our driver on the day.
  5. Passengers are required by law to wear (when fitted) seat belts at all times.
  6. In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete the booking for reasons beyond our control an alternative vehicle(s) may be supplied. Beyond this we will not be liable.
  7. Although we will endeavour to meet deadlines we accept no responsibility for any delays, however caused.
  8. No responsibility will be accepted for any loss or damage to personal property or luggage.
  9. No responsibility will be accepted for restrictions relating to vehicle access to any location.
  10. For the consideration of other clients smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
